We see the ……Earthquakes! Tornados! Tsunamis! Mudslides! and the Hurricanes! Yet people are aloof to the sovereignty of God. We are too wise in our own eyes.
We have all kinds of explanations, global warming, natural disasters, combustible explosions, etc. Are people really concern about these happenings?

While I agree 100 percent with you; redirect your focus to Yeshua, those whom Noah told, it would rain did not hear (?). They did; they simply chose not to listen. It needed to be personal in order for them to realize that it actually started raining and they were locked out of the ark. Much like what is happening. God wants our attention and we are not hearing.

So while the tsunami happens in other places those who were not affected can only feel sympathetic for a moment. But those who felt the after math of the turbulences understood what was happening to others who were affected by such devastation.

Let’s bring this angle into the equation; everyday people are losing jobs, someone is murdered, someone is homeless etc., is not our world crumbling? Because we (God’s Children) lack concern, love and understanding, those who need to see Yeshua, can’t.

None of us like Ezekiel was told that our wife (husband) would die and you can’t mourn her publicly like Israel can’t mourn for Jerusalem! Everything mentioned above is to get us ready for Christ’s return. We were told that starvation, earthquakes, tornados, tsunamis etc. in various places would happen. Lookup our redemption is approaching!!

Let us not be so misplaced by our own survival that we do not concern ourselves with what this is really all about; it’s been a global affect, what have we done for Christ’s coming? Or better yet who have we demonstrated that Yeshua is the door by which you can enter?

I leave this thought; as Eli told Samuel, when the Lord calls say “Yes, here am I, your servant” Let us also be fervent in worship as his mother Hannah and effective in prayer.
